Everything seems to be out of place lately, the suspense of the boys is killing me! Are they going to be able to come home? Will things be back to normal? This will be the first holiday that we have a missin family member. I got some good news though, Momma says that Grandma and Papa are comin for thanksgivin, im so excited. I havent seen them in awhile and we hardly ever get to see each other. To think....my wish....to say that the boys came home and that we had an amazin holiday with everyone there. Philip is in our prayers, I miss him so much. Everythin seems to be quiet as of right now, nothing major has been happening with the war. Soldier camp I bet has been borin for the boys, they probably have nothin todo except for train and train 24/7. No has really called for them, and I hope no one does.
My birthday is comin up! October 18, its in 12 days and I hope Momma is gonna make me a pie! Mmmmm how good that sounds right now, and I wanna bring Eric, AnnaMae, and Rose over so they can enjoy it too. Ill be 12, and I hope ill get a letter from the boys wishin me happy birthday. That would be the best birthday present ever! Alice says she has a special gift for me, I cant wait. Even though the boys aint here, it will be a great birthday. But to say, I wish the holidays will come sooner.
